At Washburn's Home Furnishings, we want you to love every piece in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible furniture and decor items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking or shipping fees.
